Moe Abdou
Moe Abdou is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of iEvolution. A visionary, an innovator and a creative strategist, Moe has over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry.
Moe entered the financial services industry in 1987 with a passion for entrepreneurship. He has devoted his entire career to understanding the practice of management and leadership as it relates to engaging and motivating individuals towards actualizing their life's purpose. During his tenure, Moe hired and coached hundreds of advisors who shared his passion for growth, innovation and the willingness to stand alone, if necessary. His business building philosophy focused on instilling a sense of purpose and meaning in an otherwise challenging and lonely career. Leadership for him is much more than a title, a salary, or the size of his organization. Instead, it is a genuine admiration for great people working together towards a meaningful purpose. The hallmark of Moe's success in the financial services industry was his drive to empower each individual within his organization to unlock their potential and pursue their greatest aspirations. His driving ambition was to create a diverse culture which recognized and rewarded individual uniqueness while promoting shared space, where collaboration was encouraged to advance ideas and innovations.
Moe created the "Exponential Growth
Model" as a blueprint to help advisors and partners in the firm built lasting businesses. This systemic approach was the catalyst in helping advisors synchronize the moving parts of their business
as they managed the innovation cycle. During his tenure at New York Life, Moe was continually recognized as one of the most innovative and highest performing Managing Partners. Under his leadership in Northern Virginia and Orlando, the overall performance of each organization experienced substantial growth. His most
notable accomplishment, during that period, was the growth experienced within the New Advisor ranks. His Orlando general office consistently maintained one of the highest retention rates in the country. And more importantly, the performance of newly appointed advisors increased by a factor of 10 under his leadership.
Moe's married to Sherry and they share two wonderful children, Jenna and Adam. They reside in San Diego, California.
Ted McGrath

passion and talent to constantly reinvent himself and then pass on that knowhow and insight, to inspire hope and change in others.
Ted's professional career began in 1999 when he joined the New York Life Insurance
Company as an agent. During his seven-year career with New York Life, Ted was among the most respected and admired associates in the New York Life system. He qualified for the prestigious Presidents' council during his first year and quickly earned a position as partner in the Orlando general office. Ted was a leader and a high performer who, among many distinctions, ranked as the 5th partner, out of 500 partners, in New York Life in September 2005. Ted resigned in November 2005, to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur.
This dream and passion began, in 2002, when Ted started to facilitate a leadership development series,
"The Goal Cultivator", in which he coached entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. Within the “Goal Cultivator Community”, he took a leadership and mentorship position by personally assisting sixty entrepreneurs to live by their highest ideals, take action, and chase freedom. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous leadership roles, none with more pride than his current role in iEvolution.
His vision is two-fold: To align with the most powerful strategic partners in the world to recreate industries,
and to transform the lives of the world's entrepreneurs, through inspiring them to seek passion and vitality in every area of their
lives. He lives and communicates this vision through speaking engagements, creating knowledge products, and
the creation of iEvolution. Ted resides in San Diego, California.
