Moe hired and coached hundreds of advisors in the New York life system who shared his passion for growth, innovation and the willingness to stand alone, if necessary. He was recognized as one of the most innovative and highest performing Managing Partners. Moe stimulated growth within the New Advisor ranks and improved overall performance of the Northern Virginia and Orlando organizations. His Orlando general office consistently maintained one of the highest retention rates in the country and the performance of newly appointed advisors increased by a factor of 10 under his leadership.
Moe created the "Exponential Growth Model" as a blueprint to help advisors and partners in the firm build lasting businesses. This systemic approach was the catalyst in helping advisors synchronize the moving parts of their business as they managed the innovation cycle.

Ted McGrath: Ted is the co-founder and Managing Partner of iEvolution. He is an innovator, an entrepreneur, a strategic thinker with the ambition to be the Leading Authority on Personal Transformation in the world. He possesses incredible passion and the talent to constantly re-invent himself, passing on that knowledge and insight to inspire hope and change in others.
Ted’s mission is to help human beings access their inner greatness and transform their life by focusing first on personal transformation. He has reached milestones in his role as Financial services professional. He qualified for the prestigious Presidents' council, earned a position as partner in the Orlando general office, and ranked as the 5th partner out of 500 partners in New York Life in September 2005.
Ted left New York life to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur. He facilitated a leadership development series called ’The Goal Cultivator’, through which he coached entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. He lead and mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs to live by their highest ideals, to take action, and chase freedom.
Ted created The Transformation Network. He envisioned a platform for human beings to uncover their destiny and to align with their purpose in life. The network pioneers millions of communities of Transformation Circles across the world, consisting of 12 people per group, connecting, collaborating, and transforming their lives.
Ted communicates his vision through speaking engagements, facilitating transformation circles, hosting transformation retreats, and creating knowledge products.His interests include surfing, motorcycles, working out, reading, dining and entertainment, and having inspirational conversations.
Meetu Singhal: Meetu is a success driven management professional with eight years of experience in conventional and online marketing. She offers sound experience and hands on knowledge in e-commerce, online strategy consulting, online marketing, search engine optimization / marketing, and content research and aggregation.
In her eight years of experience, Meetu has played several key roles with organizations in IT Education and BPO sector. In these assignments, she spent significant time in planning, analyzing and implementing online marketing and promotion strategies to help companies grow their business and profits. She also played crucial role with organizations in identifying new business opportunities and managing them from ideation through successful execution . In her last assignment as Manager - Special Projects for an Education organization, she was responsible for identifying new business opportunities and implementing the plans and processes to drive business growth. One of her key achievement was successfully planning and rolling out the entire web development and marketing project for the company. Prior to that, she worked with a BPO company as Manager – Marketing and Special Projects. In this assignment, she was responsible for the extensive web development and marketing project which involved managing and marketing a network of websites to generate leads and represented company on various online forums and trading platforms. Prior to this, she has also had very successful stints with two IT training companies to manage their marketing and communication functions.
Meetu holds a Bachelor as well as Masters Degree in Management with specialization in Marketing and Finance. She also holds Masters Degree in Economics. She has top notch analytical, interpersonal and communication skills that helps her in effectively managing customer relationships.
She is sports enthusiast and watching and playing cricket are her stressbusters.
Sangeet Kothari: Sangeet has over 12 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Branding, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Public Relations, Event Management and related areas.
A Bachelors in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communication and Marketing, Sangeet started her career as Marketing
Associate at General Motors (USA) and later moved to India where she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Manager - Corporate Communication for almost 4 years. Post which, she started her web design company, Clickcalcutta, in 2000, which evolved as an integrated communication enterprise and was re-christened as Studio I ( www.studioi.biz) in 2005. The company provides customized web and e-communication solutions from conception to fruition, to clients across industries and continents.
Sangeet is a hands-on business leader, who has set de novo exemplary standards of excellence in everything that an organization and its team need. Her entrepreneurial abilities and excellent communication skills are an asset in building and managing strong client relationship. Creativity, photography, self interaction, reading and networking keep her inspired. |
